For those who need their café to perform better, our Café Performance Audit is a full review of your café with a 15-30 page report of our findings along with realistic/practical advice on how to improve the performance and financial success of your cafe. 

We have built and managed many cafés, trained over a thousand baristas, reviewed countless P&Ls, installed tons of machines, and have worked as baristas for more hours than we'll ever know. 

So here's what we do in its simplest form:
-First we talk to learn about your café along with your hopes and dreams.
-We visit your store without letting your staff know and get a feel for its operation in its purist form.
-Then we visit again and inspect everything in your café: equipment in side and out, water quality, water pressure, staff skills, staff morale, space, the customer experience, the customer flow, P&Ls, menu, coffee quality, tools, town demographics, and whatever else we come across. 
-Then we report our findings and offer practical suggestions and advice on what improvements to make. 
-Then we are just a call or email away for any follow-up questions at any point.
