Head Espresso Tech

Mitchell Warren-Devlin

Master barista, trainer, and coffee roaster, Mitchell now dedicates his coffee prowess to the inner workings of the espresso machine. He loves a challenge almost as much as a black cup of natural processed coffee.

Connor Murphy

A former grade-school teacher, Connor became a barista during the pandemic. He quickly fell in love with the art and science of coffee and espresso, and soon found himself managing his own cafe. Connor now runs the New Jersey Espresso Academy, offering practical hands-on coffee education for the professional or the soon-to-be professional barista

Operations Director

Brynne Warren-Devlin

Brynne is the glue that keeps us all together. Managing much of the back-end needs for NJEM, Brynne is there to keep everything moving, communicated, and your cafe as healthy as it can be.

Founder & Business Development

James Caverly

Coffee roaster, barista, and multi-cafe owner, James has assisted individuals and companies open many cafes during his two decades in the coffee industry. James is a believer that the coffee business is better defined as a "people business." Whether it's coffee training, fixing machines, or serving fine espresso, the coffee experience is only as good as the communication surrounding it.
